I have been cooking and baking for most of my life - with a diagnosis of Celiac Disease, I was forced to relearn everything about the kitchen. I have trained at the Institute for Culinary Education and I am currently enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

I can help you to write, develop and adapt your recipes for an audience of gluten-free individuals. 

I have written recipes for Namaste Foods, LLC and won the Grand Prize for the Staten Island Cookbook contest in 2017.
