This is a wonderful summer snack to cool you or your little ones off during those hot summer days. Similar to jell-o but WAY WAY WAYYYYY healthier, and no nasties involved.



Ingredients
2 cups of aloe vera juice (the linked product is vegan)
4 kiwis, peeled and diced
1/3 cup chia seeds
Directions
Whisk together the aloe vera juice and chia seeds. Allow the chia seeds to gel for 15 minutes or so. Stir in the kiwi and divide between jars or containers. Chill for 2-3 hours or overnight.
