Gluten-Free Pear Thyme Tipple

Ingredients

1 ounce pear nectar

1 ounce spiced rum

2 teaspoons lime juice

2 large sprigs of fresh thyme

4-5 ice cubes

1 ounce tonic


Directions

  1. Pour nectar, rum, lime juice, thyme and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake for 1-2 minutes.

  2. Pour drink over ice and top with tonic.

  3. Garnish with thyme sprig.
