Remember all that applesauce you made? You can whittle it down with this delicious quick bread. This is perfect for a quick breakfast, or an afternoon snack!

Ingredients:
2½ cups sorghum flour
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
¼ teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup chunky applesauce
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
⅔ cup milk
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup raisins
For the crumb topping:
¾ cup sorghum flour
½ cup packed dark brown sugar
¼ cup butter melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour a 9"x5" loaf pan.
Sift together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, xanthan gum and salt in large bowl. Set aside. Beat egg in medium bowl. Mix in in applesauce, brown sugar, milk, and oil.
Add flour mixture in three increments. Stir in the walnuts and raisins. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
Prepare crumb topping: In a small bowl, combine flour and brown sugar. Add butter. Using a fork, work the butter into flour mixture. Sprinkle topping evenly over batter.
Bake about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Turn out from pan after cooling for 15 minutes. and cool completely on wire rack before slicing.
